Masseria Agnello, also a renovated farm complex, sits above a little valley with nice views onto the sea. It used to be the property of a noble family. Agnello kept much of its original rustic charm. The rooms are furnished with antique and vintage decoration. Our room had a nice balcony with views over the hilly area with it's olive grooves. The (relatively small) pool is a nice modern addition. Especially relaxing after a day of exploring the area. You're in an ideal location to visit both the UNESCO 'Valle dei templi' and the spectacular white rock formation of 'Scale dei Turchi'. The restaurant offers good cuisine and breakfast is good. Nice place to stay in this region.
