Casal di Noto is a renovated masseria beautifully located on a hilltop with fab views on the surrounding area. Rooms are actually apartments (which are fully equipped), located around a superb inner court. There are also sweeping views from the nice swimming pool on one side of the domain and the breakfast  (which is great) room/terrace on the other side. You'll need a car to get here but you'll want one anyway to explore the interesting environment, towns and beaches. Rosolini is the nearest town and has a nice square but the highlight is 'Antica Osteria Suliccenti', a small authentic restaurant. The food doesn't get better than here. And then return to your bolthole.
