Thahara Pindaya is located in Shan State close to the small town (as the name suggests) of Pindaya. Pindaya has a quite large lake and is home to the famous Pindaya (Shwe oo Min) Cave with +8.700 buddha statues.  If you're in the area for a trekking or visiting the cave (a bit overrated) the best place to stay is in this Thahara branch. It's a brand newly build farmhouse with lovely 'modern' design, surrounded by rolling farmland and it doesn't get any more remote/quiet than this. The rooms/bathrooms are simple but nice but the real highlight is the delicious food, all fresh made and taking advantage of the organic grown veg garden.
