There's one prime reason to stay in this hotel, the view!!! Rooms are located between the 19th and 37th floor and the higher the better. You can choose between a fabulous Shinjuku view, a Tokyo tower view or even a Mount Fuji view  but I would recommend the first. You can also get that view from the Bellovisto bar (40th floor), very pricey (not unusual for Tokyo standards) but totally worth it. Especially during nightime it's magical. Below there's a nice garden lounge and several restaurants (though we didn't try one). As you're in the middle of Shibuya, so you'll get no chance to get bored.  By the way, rooms are ok and pretty big for Tokyo.
