Palacio Blanco, an 8 room guesthouse, is an ideal place to relax a few days in this part of Andalucia. The place has been beautifully restored. The rooms are very comfortable and set around a superb courtyard. On the rooftop a sunbathing terrace with views and a large Jacuzzi awaits you to relax. Breakfast can be taken in a small (contemporary) room or in the courtyard. There are a few excellent restaurants in town, one of them just down the same street. The costa del Sol is very close by and Malaga is well worth a visit. Velez-Malaga itself is very pretty and an off the beaten track city.
