Saiaz Getaria is located in the nice coastal village of Getaria. It’s based in an old (protected) gothic house with a lot of charm. Don’t expect a hip hotel (but if you like rustic with some nice details you’ll not be disappointed) but the view from the room (we had nr. 11) is simply gorgeous. From room (and bed) you’ve full ocean view till the horizon. The room is simple but nice, but again, it’s the view! Getaria is lively and worth a visit, has 2 beaches and a few good restos but it’s really (relatively unknown) beautiful San Sebastian that is the real highlight. Best pintxos too. And after that... head back to the view.
