Pensão Agrícola is ubercool! The Algarve region has in the recent years seen a boost of trendy places to stay but this one has it all: design, hospitable owner/staff, excellent food, authenticity... The design contrasts beautifully with the rural location (there are even 2 donkeys to admire). Actually you'll want to explore the domain with it's many lovely seating areas. Rooms are very modern with local references, as are the communal rooms in the main farmhouse building. The food is also excellent with local produce. Add the proximity to the Formosa delta and the deserted beaches and you've an ideal place to stay. A Hip Shelters top recommendation.
